Oracle's Fiscal 2027 Guide Picked Up Two Words and a Nickel
June's release confirmed prior guidance of $90 billion of fiscal 2027 revenue and raised the non-GAAP EPS guide to $8.05. Thursday's first-quarter release says at least $90 billion, and non-GAAP EPS of $8.10. Both are forecasts, not results.

Broadcom Guides Three Numbers for Wednesday Night, and Earnings Per Share Is Not One of Them. Three Previews Carry Three Different EPS Estimates.
Broadcom's outlook for the quarter it reports on September 2 consists of a revenue figure and two margin percentages. No earnings-per-share guide exists. Compiled estimates circulating this week run from $2.83 to $3.24, only one of the three previews we checked names the compilers behind its number, and none of the three says whether the figure is GAAP or non-GAAP.
Autodesk Raised Its Fiscal 2027 Revenue Guide and Cut the Floor of Its GAAP EPS Range by 18 Cents. The MaintainX Deal Sits on Only One Side of That Comparison.
The August outlook lifts revenue by $130 million to $140 million against the May guide and widens the GAAP earnings band to 83 cents, while narrowing the non-GAAP band to eight. May's numbers excluded the acquisition; August's include it.
Nvidia Guided to $108.0 Billion for Its Third Quarter and Said the Number Assumes No Data Center Compute Revenue From China

Fabrinet Guided Revenue Up 6% and GAAP EPS Down 10%. One Tax Line in the Reconciliation Is $0.40 of It.
The optical manufacturer's August 17 release pairs a record quarter with a first-quarter outlook in which the non-GAAP and GAAP earnings lines move in opposite directions. The company's own reconciliation table names the reason.

dLocal Grew Operating Profit 15% In The First Half. The Guide It Did Not Raise Requires 38% To 48% In The Second.
dLocal raised its full-year TPV and gross profit growth targets on Thursday and left operating profit growth at the 27.5%-32.5% range it set in March. Operating profit grew 15% in each of the first two quarters. Pairing the company's own guided ranges, the second half has to deliver operating profit growth of roughly 38% to 48% — and the costs sitting between gross profit and operating profit, which rose 57% year over year in the first half, have to come in below their first-half dollar level under every combination of the two ranges.
Keysight Reports Tuesday, and the Quarter It Is Being Compared To Was Cut $40 Million and Credited $97 Million
Keysight's April quarter carried a $100 million IEEPA tariff-refund receivable and a $40 million refund owed back to customers. The company's own results deck puts the clean quarter at $1.758 billion of revenue and $2.58 a share — not the reported $1.717 billion and $2.87.

Cisco Guided Fiscal 2027 Above the Street and Lost 8.4% Anyway. The Argument Was About Margin.
Cisco's fiscal 2027 revenue and EPS ranges came in well ahead of consensus and hyperscaler AI infrastructure orders hit $9.3 billion for the year. Adjusted gross margin still fell 210 basis points, and that is the line the market traded on Thursday.

Performance Food Group guides to $73 billion in sales and gets sold on a one-cent miss
The distributor set a fiscal 2027 outlook implying another year of mid-to-high single digit sales growth, but shares fell more than 4% after fourth-quarter profit landed a penny light.
Insulet's Modest Guidance Trim Triggers an Outsized Selloff
The Omnipod maker beat on every headline number, but a small cut to its full-year revenue outlook was enough to send shares sharply lower in a season with little tolerance for caution.
